Where are you located?
Our office and warehouse is located in Etobicoke, ON, Canada.
Do you offer a trade program?
Yes. Please see our section below for information on Trade Partners.
Do you offer samples of your finishes?
For local Toronto members of our Trade Program we offer a Sample Loan Program when items are available. In cases when Trade Members are not local, we offer purchase of items with free shipping to the destination. These items can be returned to Handled Hardware for a full discount if they are in their original packaging and have not been installed or damaged.
How do I know what size to order?
Each individual product page lists the Materials, Specifications and CAD file download. All dimensions are clearly listed for your convenience. We also have a guide available that can help you determine what size you should be selecting for various sized cabinet fronts.

Where do I find information on product lead times?
Estimated lead times are listed on each product page in the description section. The lead times are derived from the manufacturer’s lead times.
Where do you ship?
We ship within North America. Shipping rates are based on package size, weight and service selected.
Are there additional costs for shipments outside of Canada?
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges for customs clearance cannot be predicted with the value of what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
